RealtorDocs.com provides tools for generating custom branded property reports. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site or access it using a method other than the interface and instructions provided by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and services provided on or through the Site, including all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by or licensed to RealtorDocs.com. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your internal business purposes.

5. User Content

You may upload property information, images, and other content ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to User Content. You grant RealtorDocs.com a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content for the purpose of operating the Site and providing services to you.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or other third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge you for any purchases made through the Site and agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. REALTOR DOCS.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY REPORTS OR INFORMATION GENERATED ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTOR DOCS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE WITHIN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealtorDocs.com and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
